To my mom,
Who loves Jane Austen novels and the 6 hour BBC version of Pride & Prejudice,
Who drinks about five cups of (proper English) tea a day,
Who loves collecting recipes almost more than making them,
Who has a weakness for Reese's peanut butter cups,
Who is more organized than I will ever be in my entire life,
Who has a PhD in Biblical Greek grammar and is an ordained Presbyterian minister,
Who raised me on three continents and might spend the rest of her life in Africa,
Who has taught me to love Jesus and basically every other important thing,
I love you.
